We are proud to offer the most modern equine surgical facility in the North of England, having built our brand new hospital facilities in 2016. We also offer a state of the art surgical suite, with the very latest surgical equipment including arthroscopy, laser endoscopic surgery, laser sarcoid removal, standing sinus surgery, and kissing spine surgery. Our surgeons have unrivalled expertise and many years of experience in the most advanced hospitals in the world, and you can be certain your horse will get the very best in equine care.
Our intensive care facilities enable us to monitor sick patients using CCTV and our excellent diagnostic equipment gives us quick and accurate and information on which to base decisions for your horse.
Our stables are more than just stables, with entirely separated air space between patients and a completely disinfectable stable environment. This is crucial for animals entering a hospital environment, and a major step forward from older indoor facilities with shared air space and traditional stable floors. In addition to this we have an isolation unit, where we can stable horses with potentially infectious conditions away from other patients. This means you can rest assured that your horse is safe from infectious disease during their stay.
