Referring veterinary surgeons
In addition to the referral of cases, our referring veterinary surgeons are welcome to contact us any time for case advice. Where horses are referred for treatment, a full veterinary report will be sent to the referring vet once the horse has been discharged. In addition to this vets will be kept up to date during hospitalisation. Post-operative treatment will always be discharged to the referring vet wherever possible.
We are currently able to offer a broad array of specialist medical referrals as well as elective surgical referrals. We hope to be able to offer emergency surgical referrals again soon.
Horse owners
We accept all cases for specialist evaluation, and we would be delighted to examine and treat your horse. However, we operate a strictly ethical referral service, so we do require you to contact your vet to make a referral.
